I am starting to work with a Dell computer in Windows 8.1. I found the software for Dell Backup and Recovery on it, and that seems like it will be good to use (I have it on an older computer). However, I keep getting error messages when I try - it seems to need updating, but I cannot get that done. When I try to back up files on it the program just does nothing, I have tried to download it from Dell, but have had no success. Can anyone help me?
